Ore-Ida Totchos

As a member of Influenster, I was able to sample a complimentary package of Ore-Ida Tater Tots for testing and review purposes. I love potatoes and potato-based snacks, so I was super excited for this opportunity! The tots were excellent! They were easy to throw in the oven, and they cooked well. My kids loved their bite-sized-ness - trust me, getting two two-year-olds to sit and eat anything, let alone be excited about it, is a task in and of itself!

To jazz up the Tots for mom and dad, we made some Ore-Ida Totchos! Ours were simple, based on the typical tortilla chip nachos we eat all too often, but you can find even more awesome recipes to try here.

To make our Totchos, we used the following:
-A bag of Ore-Ida Tater Tots
-about 8 oz. of shredded cheddar (more to taste)
-sour cream (probably about 4 oz?)
-salsa

We cooked the Tater Tots in the oven as directed on the package. When they came out of the oven, we transferred them to our plates, and quickly sprinkled the shredded cheddar on them. (If they don't get melty enough, you could always toss them in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.) Then we placed a few dollops of sour cream and some sprinkles of salsa over the cheese.

We love nachos, and this potato twist to our normal recipe was awesome! I recommend Ore-Ida Tater Tots for young and old alike, and I highly recommend you try out some Totchos for yourself!

Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream

As a member of Influenster, I was sent a complimentary sample of Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for testing purposes. I was excited to receive this sample, as it was a product my daughter's pediatrician had recommended for her dry winter skin. I am happy to report that it works well! It keeps all of us well moisturized without leaving a greasy-feeling residue on our skin. I love that the sample size is small enough to throw in the diaper bag, purse, or my work bag so I can use it on the go. I definitely recommend Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for your dry skin needs.

Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Clean & Fresh Toothpaste

I was sent a sample of Arm & Hammer Truly Radiant Clean & Fresh toothpaste free to try from Smiley360. The toothpaste truly does have a clean, fresh flavor. I love the way it makes my whole mouth feel clean after I've brushed my teeth. The spearmint flavor is refreshing - I especially love using it in my normal morning routine so that I feel alive and ready for the day. Check it out today!

Ozobot Learning with Robots Tryazon Party

We had such a fun time testing out Ozobot robots at our Tryazon party! These fun little toys can follow coding sequences based on color. My little math teacher heart was so excited to hear about this fun toy that promotes STEM Ed!

At the party, we tested out the Ozobot using several different methods. The favorite was using the Ozobot app to create our own Ozobot playgrounds. We added different codes to the track and watched as the robot seamlessly obeyed our commands. What fun!

I also personally enjoyed using the OzoGroove app to make our Ozobots dance together. It was really cool to see how they moved in time to the music and with each other.

I was super excited to try out Ozobot, and I'm excited to see the new opportunities this toy affords young, excited, learning minds.

Pasta Chips

Thanks to Tryazon and Pasta Chips, we were able to host a fun Pasta Chips party last weekend. We loved trying all the flavors of the chips! My personal favorite was Marinara, and several of the party-goers agreed. Others loved the Garlic Olive Oil flavor and selected that as their first choice.

At the party, we also looked at different recipe #PASTAbilities for Pasta Chips. We loved the Bruschetta Dip! My guests were excited to receive Pasta Chips coupons to use for themselves.

Sheila G's Brownie Brittle

We had a delicious time at our Sheila G's Brownie Brittle party thanks to Tryazon. At the party, we got to sample five different flavors of Brownie Brittle: Chocolate Chip, Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Toffee Crunch. All of the flavors were delicious, but the favorite was Toffee Crunch. We talked about how Brownie Brittle is a delectable treat on its own, but it can also be used in different recipes to add diverse flavors and textures. My new favorite place to put Brownie Brittle (besides directly into my mouth, of course!) is broken up on top of whipped cream on my hot cocoa. I love the flavor that it adds to my cocoa, and the crunch is a nice touch.
